Helen Morgan is a business-orientated IT professional who has gained significant experience in leading large scale implementations.  During her career, Helen has principally focused on the derivation and transformation of business and information needs into system requirements and solutions.

Gaining extensive Retail IT experience with WH Smith Retail she carried out the role of Systems Development Manager for the Entertainment Business Unit. She then moved to SHL Systemhouse to specialise in large-scale Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions for, amongst others, J Sainsbury.  Helen subsequently joined CIBER UK (previously ECSoft) where she concentrated on senior business and data analysis roles including Analytical and Operational CRM implementations with clients such as Telewest, KLM and Hutchison 3G.

Her move to Modena Consulting in mid-2005 enabled her to focus on front and back office business process re-design with the objective of achieving efficiency gains and new system implementations in a predominantly public sector environment.  As part of these engagements, she was involved in establishing and presenting business cases, benefits, business impacts and requirements for a broader range of large scale technical solutions and business process changes. 

Helen took the opportunity to move into independent consulting in early 2008 and continued with projects that focused on business process re-design, identification of business benefits and system analysis and design for clients such as Bournemouth Borough Council, Mid Beds and South Beds District Councils, Lloyds Banking Group and Experian.

Helen holds BCS (formally ISEB) Practitioner Certificates in Business Analysis.
